look for the writeup. tools if youre gonna do it yourself are dremel, drill, and standard tools: sockets, wrenches etc.

IMO dont do it. stick with the 97+ if you want a clearer lens. if you get into an accident its gonna be a PITA to replace. i learned the hard way and went back to stock:
