Burned out power window motor?

The passenger side rear window no longer rolls down when I try to roll it down. When I push the switch down it clicks, both ways, up and down. Could this be a burned out motor? How much are these motors and could I easily switch this out myself? Thanks.

If it's clicking when he hits the button that means power is going to the motor and it's trying to move the window but not doing anything. Therefore it's very likely not the switch, but if you want to know for sure take off the door panel and go through the wiring with a multimeter to see where you're getting power. If power gets all the way to the motor, then you know it's the motor. If not then you know it's the switch. Replacing regulator motors is not a difficult job I do it all the time at work
