ok...I got my parking brake off and my caliper pin off...and I can kinda rotate my caliper upwards...but the break line is keeping it from rotating all the way up. Do I have to disconnect the rear brake line and clamp it and then bleed my brakes...or can I just stretch out the line and pull the caliper upwards???

IIRC... i don't think you even have to remove the parking brake... you definitely don't have to open up the brake fluid system. Maybe removing the brake line bracket will give you a little extra room...

Don't remove the brake line! Forget rotating it, remove both caliper retaining bolts and take the caliper off instead.
Be sure to hang it on a piece of wire, don't let it hang by the brake line.
When you install the new pads, be sure to line up the pin on the back of the pad with the notch in the caliper piston.
