Okay, so does the wireless controller work even with the glove compartment closed? What about the backseat? Does the disk skip while driving?

Don't let the guy with the braids install it though (he's the only guy they got), because he has no clue how to tie his shoes, much less wire an A/V system. And besides, they charge 3 times the price of the tv for the install anyway.

Thankyou...

I had 4 gauge wire run from the battery to a toggle switch to a 250W inverter and grounded to the seat track. It worked fine I went on a few 3 hour trips with the PS2 running the entire time with no issues. I got my inverter from a friend (it was a vector) and my PS2 off ebay. (bought a broken one and returned it for a new one to Wal-Mart.) Sold everything but the screen a few months ago.

I ran mine off the cig lighter to a two output converter. Worked a ps2 and a vcr (for reg channels) since 99, and no troubles, no blown fuse, no problem. That way I didn't have to wire a switch, as the power for everything in my car is off with the key

I bought a directed 7" headrest monitor for like 250 and hooked it up to my ps2 that was mounted underneath the seat. The only thing i dont like about this is that everytime i start/stop my car then start it back up i have to go restart the movie or game. There are pros and cons to everything tho. A good thing about this is that i can be playing a movie on the ps2 without sound and listening to music at the same time. That works great when ever im driving so it doesnt distract me and what ever passengers i have dont get bored lol. I think its one of the best setups you can go with cheap and really works well. I made a special bracket for the ps2 so it stays snug underneeth the seat and its pretty well hidden so it doesnt attract thieves and also it gets signal from the remote control that i got for it. Its also very accesible to change the dvd/cd you are playing.
Heres a pic of the screen and cdplayer. ill take pics of the ps2 along with the bracket i made tomm. if anyone wants to see it.

You are right about turning on and off, it is VERY annoying sometimes, but better 98% of the time. But why did you make a bracket for the ps? Is it a new slim one? If you don't take it out in the summer during the day, it'll be no good in a year or two. And it fits perfect w/o it. I'd like to see the pics you have. Do you have a pwr seat and a orginal PS is all I'm wondering... I'd take pics of mine, but the seats and carpet is out, so, that'd be pointless.

That makes scense then, I thought you did it just to do it. Mine stayed in place, but it's a 95. I see, I see
