hmm....... euro and JDM? you lost me! they are a waste of money unless you just want to upgrade the look of your 95/96. but the stock lights are of far better quality. beam pattern, fittment, leak issues, and yellowing will all be better with the stocl parts. IMO you would be better off buying some 97-99 lights and AEing them. i painted my old healights just like the CM euro clears.

he is talking about teh CM ones. For that price you can actually go JDM and get cefiros. Or save some money and spray them yourselfs.

yes i have TYC 97-99 lights on my dads 96. they aged much quicker, the quality lacks, and the beam pattern sucks. Oh yea and they dont fit like OEM. I also have aftermarket corner lights on my 98. one is DEPO brand and the other is a TYC. the TYC leaks and fits like compleat chit. the DEPO one is OK but needed some tweaking for a good fit. I have had 2 differnt clear bumper lights, one set cloudy and another set DC. They were junk, fit like crap and leaked. Trust me man, stay stock.

well as far as i can see, every headlight on ebay is an aftermarket. even if it looks just like a stock one.. am i wrong here?? im not going through the problems with ciefiro lights, and i know those arent real jdm lights.. real jdm lights are $500 and up. both my corners are cracked, both headlights are mad foggy, and one of em i can more around with my hand..

the only not "stock" headlights worth buying are stock cefiros. they are the chrome ones. the black ones have a chitty beam pattern. basically all ebay lights are aftermarket. they will list genuine OEM lights if they are real.

like a said buy OEM 97-99 lights, i bought used ones for less than $100. thats a far better deal than any aftermarket light. Then get any corner light you like and seal the edges real well with silicone.

im just trying to show that aftermarket lights are just not up to par. they dont have the R&D behind them.

Yes amber is big in japan but jdm cant have something as you put it? JDM is japanese domestic marketing and it doesnt just include headlights............and there are actual jdm headlights that dont have amber in them for example they sell projectors for the wrx with all black housing. Please get your jdm facts straight.

The majority of j-spec headights/tailights do have amber in them, but there are those that dont such as r34s headlightshttp://fizzautosports.com/images/lig...lineR-34_B.jpg or there are headlights with black housing for the impreza wrx http://fizzautosports.com/images/lig...lamp_wrx_B.jpg but i do understand where your coming from that most japanese domestic machines do, such as the altezzas headlightshttp://fizzautosports.com/images/lig...p_is3000_B.jpg or the dc2s tailights http://fizzautosports.com/images/jdm...nda_tail_B.jpg
and so on, but do understand that there are 100% j-spec cars that DO NOT have amber in the headlights/tailights such as this r33 tuned by top secret (7th from the top) http://www.topsecretjpn.com/gallery.shtml

the only cars on here with no amber/orange in or near their tail lights or head lights are: r34, r33 and the s15..EVERYthing else has orange somewhere in their headlight or tail light...but im not here to argue..im just trying to say that MOST true jdm cars have orange somewhere on their lights. Its all good though...cause i dont really like orange unless its on a supra.
