What do you do when your starter is fine, you have a half tank of gas, you just changed your spark plugs and fuel filter, and it takes 3 cranks and a hold to finally get your car started. Im N/A. Started happening after I took the nitrous system out to wipe down my throttle body. I have a place racing intake. Could a dirty filter be the cause of all this?

By the way, when i finally get it started, if i were to turn it off for a few minutes and start it again, it starts up normally. But if i waited a few hours, or overnight, its the same 3 crank and a hold process...Thanks in advance....
