Help guys, i dont know whats going on with my car

Im getting codes for all the o2 sensors on my 99

so today i check the fuse for the o2 sensors and its blowin, i put a new fuse, let the car warm up and the cell comes back and the fuse is blown again.

What is wrong?
what can be causeing the fuse to blow?
Is one of the sensors blowin, if so which one?

help me out if you guys have any ideas

Have you examined the wires/connectors for damage or anything unusual?
