Electrical Problem...Please Help!

I have 2 15" under dash neons directly connected to my cigarette lighter wire. They are also grounded to the ground wire in the cigarette adapter. Last week, I got into the car and nothing was working, no cigarette lighter, no lights. I changed the fuse and then the cigarette lighter started to work and only one of the neons works. I plugged in my cell phone car charger and it worked for a little bit. I took it out and put it in again but the fuse in the charger blew. I have no idea whats going on...any thoughts?

Difibulation modulation........ Maybe it's a tank of bad gas...

Go over your wiring and I'm sure you'll find the problem.

do you think the neon is broken or burnt out for some reason or it has to be with the wiring?
