Need help! My RPMs play at idle....????...
Hey guys, the problem is that my RPMs play a little at idle, the needle moves like 1mm all the time. I had my throttle body and IACV cleaned about 2 weeks ago but that was happening before that. I have no CELs and everything else besides that is fine. Any input is appreciated. Thank you!

okay do you mean it idling funny ie jumpy idle or the needle itself moving while the car idles fine?
if its a jumpy idle more than likely you have a samll vaccum leak and if its just your needle, I wouldn't worry much about it.

RESET YOUR ECU !!! Your ecu is still used to all the build up that was inside your IACV and TB, and its compensating for that, but nothing is there any more...reset your ECU and see if that fixes it

First off, resetting the ECU as we call it, only clears error codes.
It does not effect, clear or change any operating parameters.
Please refer to either the Haynes shop manual or the factory service manual in regards to that fact.
A hunting idle speed can be caused by a defective TPS. Again, thats per the Haynes shop manual, found in the trouble shooting section.

Check for any loose joints on your intake assembly (post MAF). Also keep an eye out for cracked vacuum lines (usually at the connection point). Get a multimeter with dwell function; set to 6 (going by ear will work if you're cheap and do not care for proper TS'ing). Get some starter fluid/equivalent. Spray various connections between your intake manifold and your MAF. Watch your multimeter for any changes (increase) in rpm.
*Do not be an idiot and catch your car on fire.
Why are you assuming that your TPS needs to be replaced? Who and what gave you that idea? You need to troubleshoot the problem before you go replacing stuff.
