Hi,

I feel silly asking this, (but can't find it) where is the battery ground strap mounted to the car? My battery doesn't want to completely charge, and I would like to verify that the ground is solid first.

It's not a strap, it's a cable near the battery tray to the engine. On mine it's black with a red strip on it. With the car running you should be getting around 14v. Less than 13.5v you have a problem.
