i think they should come out with the 4th gen 1 piece kit cause i'm dying to get them. rally bad. so bad that i'm willing to pay 1000 for a pair! or 1500 for hid 1 pcs conversion.

Okay, let's look at this logically. It's the year 2001, they have finally come out with Altezza's for the 95/96 Maximas.

So... you have a 99... I would say, if someone were to have gotten started on researching 1-piece headlights in 99... then you can expect to get some 1-piece headlights by... oh... 2005.

And $1000? Heh... just get some Cefiero one-piece headlights and do some custom work.
