What are you going to do if you sell it? $3,800 won't buy you squat!

well it says in his sig he already bought an 02 max, but how are you only 16 without even having your license and have a 95 maxima with some mods and just bought an 02 max? Im guessing your parents have money

You definitely won't get 800-1000 for the wheels... (IMHO). If all you are looking for is 3800 (i.e. sell the car and wheel seperately), then it's just not worth the time and effort to split the package... espcially if you have an offer for $3500.

I think anything between 3500-4k for that car is all you can expect.

I think $3500 is a pretty good price for that car. Those are pretty high miles, but considering the mods I think it helps the resale a little. I'd leave the wheels on and maybe go for $3800 or so.
