Sounds like your IACV or throttle butterfly-plate is sticking.

Clean out the throttle body thoroughly and the IACV too. You might need to pull the TBn off the car to clean it thoroughly.

Check the stickies for information on how to do this maintenance.

A little coolant might spill from the TB coolant lines, but you might be able to clean out the TB without pulling off all the lines - just need to get it off the plenum so you can get the back side of the plate.

Nothing but air lines to the IACV - so nothing will spill.

If you do decide to remove the throttle body, make sure you have a new gasket. I just bought one yesterday for $4.51 USD from the nissan dealer in my area. The gasket is paper, and you won't want to reuse it. Or you can do what I did and tied a slip knot in a piece of string and slip it over the little nub on the throttle linkage. Then find a secure place to tie the other end to , to hold the butterfly open while you clean. Just be sure you untie the string before you try and start your car, I wouldn't want to hear any horror stories of how someone blew there motor by cleaning the TB.

Probably a dealer only item - but call and ask at Napa, Autozone, etc.. you might get lucky... and yes, its called a throttle body gasket. I recommend replacing the IACV gasket too (if you pull that off)... its a metal gasket... likely dealer only as well.
