Results? You shift at full line pressure when WOT (with use of a WOT microswitch).

it really wont do anything for a car with little power. unless you have nitrous or some other power adder it will only feel faster. its used to save your tranny from slipping and head due to high amounts of power.

done it, doesnt make a difference, just all in your head.. unless like JIME said, if you have alot of power

if you dont have alot of power eg nitrous, or boost, or a lot of motor work then you wont feel any gains

14.4...
First off, you meant to say "without the drop resistor mod" right? Second, you run a 14.5 with all those mods???

the hardest part of this mod was running the wire from my engine bay to the cabin, but even that was easy.
just make sure, if your hooking up a rocker switch, you dont get one with a light or something you'd need to hook up using a 12v power supply. i almost made this mistake, whatever mistake that is. i jsut figured i'd warn you. Jime told me it was not a good idea to mix the DR mod and a 12v thang.

dude it does make a diff. it saves time between those sloppy shifts and thats one of the reasons why i beat my friends integera back then

dude i have the mod, i mean it probably makes .001 difference with just a y and a intake

a valve body mod makes about .1 difference... and that costs about 400 dollars...
i duno the hard shifts are kind of cool though

it certainly feels better with the harsh shifting, but i dont know wut it does to time slips. naples, it is very easy like u mentioned. i have mine on a throttle switch rather than an in cabin switch. i think its better cuz u should only disconnect the drop resistor at FULL throttle. with the switch at the throttle, u dont have to worry about flipping a switch or anything. warning:it sets off the cel. atleast to mine it does

There are a lot of other ways you could of said I was wrong, like I said thats what I heared. So I was wrong I did a little reasearch and I found out that it actually helps out with the life of your autotragic. So I apologize for the false statement. The last time I owned a car with a slush box was a good 4 years ago.

everyone who took part in the discussion about the DR mod in the 1/4 racing forum agreed that the DR mod did nothing to help times on a mildly modded car, in fact in some cases it slowed the car down a fraction of a second. everyone also agreed that with a major power adder it did help a slight bit, but its main purpose is to save the tranny by reducing heat/wear during shifts.
