check engine light and throttle pedal

hi, everyone my check engine light cam on today
first my check engine light came on. i brought the car home checked the code and it was 0111 evap/ flow control.
SO i reset the code and it came back after driving for 30seconds. this time is blinks all the time. I was thinking i didnt set the screw back to the left all the way but when i checked it, the screw was fine. so once again i reset the ecu and the light came back on. Finally i figured out that the light 99percent of the time corresponds to the application of throttle. when i floor the car it goes away. then comes back but if i blip the throttle then it goes away.
anyone have any ideas or similar experiences?

Well a blinking code indicates severe misfire, according to threads I've read here.

Is that the only code you get, 0111?

Just keep the car floored all the time and the light should stay off

Blinking Cel is multiple mis-fires, check each coil pack with a multi-meter. How are your plugs?

yea i used to be a mechanic and so was my father so we know that blinking light would mean multiple misfire. but the car is running perfect gas mileage and power and the light only blinks after i reset the ecu, drive the car for like 45 seconds. once the light comes on it is most definetly affected by the throttle.

Its very odd. If i blip the throttle it goes away but as soon as the throttle application has been cut off and the revs lower it comes back on.

THis is really killing me. THe car is running great. It only has 50K on it.
the plugs are maybe 4K old and they look perfect. and im getting around 360-400 miles per tank. I just dont get it. I mean i can solve any in a vw 1.8turbo (pain in the *** motors) but i cant solve this junk

its killing me
