Whats wrong with this picture? (running gear help)

Not trying to be funny or anything. Just a visual diagnosis. Obviously I've got a blown CV boot, awaiting quote from Raxles on that one, but with everything else, is all that rust unsafe and in need of replacement? 11 winters has done this, and if its becoming a hazard I need to replace what I can... Help appreciated as always!

I sent them an email almost a week ago, Monday im going to call them, Local mechanic told me they should run ~190 each, I'll probably get both just due to the crap condition of the whole area...

Just called raxles and they quoted me a 150 price per axle + shipping. Needless to say I bought one at Advance Auto for $60 and had it installed for $65. Tryed to put in on myself, but that D**M axle wouldn't budge from the knuckle. Gave up!!

swaybar link and bushings need to be replaced and replace them on both sides. clean that area up and spray some undercoating there and it will look brand new.

Sway Bar ends Alright so this is what I need correct?
Also i noticed that my LCA's are flaking apart, so for another hundred or so These seem like a safe investment. Are the prices on these good, or can i get them cheaper locally, i.e. advance, autozone, napa... Thanks so far for all the help, makes it feel like helping others paid off

Look up seller pedro-r

EDIT: he's changed his name to bestsuspension

Here you go: http://stores.ebay.com/World-Suspension

A lot of .orgers have bought suspension/chassis components off him. His prices are as good, if not better than the links you show.

If you really want to do a complete overhaul:

Both LCAs (as you have shown)
Both endlinks and endlink bushings
Swaybar bushings (OEM or energy suspension)
Inner tie-rod ends and outer-tie rod-ends

Then you'll have a brand new front end

you can buy everything but energy suspension bushings from pedro-r and he will combine shipping on multiple items.

Shoot me a PM if you have any questions -I just went through this overall a few months ago on my Max .

Well i worked out a deal with my mechanic, he will charge 20 an hour (we're doing this off the clock officially...) I'll be at his shop helping, air tools, lift, the works.... its a very handy deal. I'll take a look at what everyone has recommended. Golly I'm excited, new front end! If only I cold afford some Teins.... oh well! ill be happy with all of this. Once again, thanks! I cant stress enough how much this has helped.

The job will be MUCH easier with the car on a lift and with air tools. Some of the simplest things are the most tedious - some of my cotter pins had just rust welded themselves into the holes - so I had to drill out a few. The ball joint nut is hard to get to with impact tools - but a shop will have the right set of extenions/universal joints - so you should be fine. The rust on everything makes it 10x harder than it needs to be. Good luck!

This is the 1st item that I will order, Contains both LCA's, and inner/outer Tie rod ends for both sides. that only leaves the sway bar ends, which he doesnt have in stock, but I'll find them from another ebay seller. Assuming this all works out, I am very grateful to you all! Thanks.
