Will 17"x8" wheels w/ 235/45-17 throw of the speedometer?

I'm thinking about 17"x8" wheels w/ 235/45-17 Tires...just wanted to know if this will throw of the speedometer at all.

About 2% or 1 MPH at 60, 2 MPH at 100.

Yeah that's a pretty accurate tire size
