What's that wheel balancing machine?

The one that is better then all the others.
THere was a thread about that, but search is pretty hopeless. I need to get my wheels balanced, so I need to find the best place.

what's the website?

I remember there was a website that said what place use that particular machine. I wanna do it today.

By the way, Discount Tire Centers is one of those listed with the balancer. Also they hand torque the lugnuts. Which is another excellent thing.
