Ok..update as of today...i got my car back yesterday....dropped off the rental...today...dropped off my car again..picked up a rental! 
some how when they had the car they hit somthing with it...they tried to cover it up.. freaking idoits!! anyways i had a list of well about 30 things they needed to do to it...they busted my tails some how...he asked me how i tinted them? HA i told him...figure it out...your the body shop...they all better be the same!

I don't think they'll do the tinting simply because the tail lenses have been altered. And noone will ever find an OEM tinted one. Chances are that you will end up retinting them yourself.

Ok so just an upadate...if any one remembers...I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR!! do people just like to **** with me or what!?!
soo annoying how ever the jeep liberty that i have for a rental...HA...if only they knew!
Sorry i havent been around much i broke my leg...riden my bike a few weeks ago..been pretty out of it!
on top of that all this crap about the car sucks to!!!

look at the bright side as your driving all of these rental car you are finding out what car you don't want to buy next. Btw my car has been in the body shop since sept. and I have no rental!!

yeah so...today...supposed to go pick up my car....for some odd reason is the qaulity of peoples work getting worse and worse or what! i am taken my car from that shop. i have also written a letter the Insurance commisoner of nevada, as well as get my atonnery involved. Gosh esurance is gonna hate me! I will post a few things when i get more time.
Oh aslo the update on the leg...hahahaha...so i turns out i have broken it twice before didnt know it...as well as just this past time...aslo tore some ligs in my kneee area. along with my right elbow....
no insurance on that...got sorta pricey but over all not to bad!
Yeah so far i wont buy a chevy van of any sort, i wont buy a jeep liberty althought they do take a beeting! hahaha if only they knew...
I also wouldnt buy a doge stratus..although they do drift quite well, the nissan altime wasnt to bad...and the chevy silvarado was sick!

The good part about the broken leg its given me all the time in the world to write meaningless letters to random people in the insurance and body shop world to back me up on how rediuclous this is...Its funny...this is a norm for shops. They cut corners to cut costs...and in reality if they just did the job right in the first place...it would have been a whole lot cheeper then me sueing there dumn *****!

OK wow...after much debate my car is finally being totalled out..
I am how ever buying it back from the insurance company cause money they are giving me talks....
How ever i dont really want to keep it...I will take pics..as soon as i get it back this week...The first person to offer me over 5500 for it can have it...its gonna have a salvage title...but hell its a 99 sel maxima, minus the accident its in perfect shape..doesnt leek and i got every reciept for it...
if any one is intrested ...u can ask for more details...

ok just and upate. ITs finally over. Last week i got my last and final check rom the insurance company. If u think u need a lawyer to get money out of an insurance company. HA...thats a load of crap.
I walked away from this accident with 16000 and a free car. The car does have a salvage title, but hey i cant complain check it out..

My former 4th gen (black emerald) was hit the same way but worse. At the time of the accident when I took the car to get looked at, they didn't total it. After having it fixed, the car was never same. I traded it on for a Toyota Tundra shortly after.
BTW, how much did it cost to fix all the damages?

um i dont know all the damages were eaten buy the body shop that did it first... but it went back three times...
and it still wasnt totally write..but for a free car its perfect. : )
it should have beena 4500 dollar job they ended up eating about 10k on just the fix alone.
