It seems like on some bumpy roads I can hear a noise (sorta like maybe a loose shock or something) coming from what I believe to be the right rear. Any ideas??

Right rear... the muffler area? Check for loose hangers or part of the pipe banging on something...

i have the same noise

I have the noise you are talking about as well.. just kindof a clunking noise. i am lowered as well. i have no clue what it is, everything is torqued down to spec. i havent ridden in the trunk yet to try to pinpoint it. i think now that it may not be FROM the suspension, but CAUSED by the suspension being much stiffer than stock, and some part of the truck area itself is rattling. there is a maze of bars and such that control how the trunk closes and those bars could certainly clunk around on harsh roads, and its only noticed now that we have much stiffer suspension so they clunk alot.
