How much would it cost to...

paint the TYC maxima tail lights and the OEM maxima mudflaps. I was just wondering if anyone has every taken either tail lights and mudflaps and gotten them painted.
Here is what the the tails look like.TYC paintable tails

and i am sure everyone knows what the Mudflaps look like.

I just need a ballpark price range to get them painted.

Thanks.

paint the mud flaps on your own for about $20 in materials. Buy primer, color, clear coat, sand paper.

Tail lights paint yourself. Taking your mud flaps and tails to get painted by someone I'm sure will cost three times more than buying the materials yourself. I'm guessing they'll say $125 for all.

Some of the multi-color stuff like pearl white isn't buyable off the shelf or as I can't find it

You can buy a spray can for $50 off of paintscratch.com, which includes the primer, basecoat, and clear coat.

i bought splash guards from an org member that he had painted from a shop...i believe he paid $80 and that's how much local places quoted me a while back for them but a couple places told me it wasn't even worth it for them to do it so they wouldn't.

my friend got paint from paintscratch and painted some small body pieces with it. It looked great and matched perfectly. If you are trying to save some money and want to do it yourself, I'd highly recommend getting paint and clearcoat from paintscratch.com

I've been told the same about certain body pieces (side mirrors on a honda accord) because of the texture. I'm sure some plastics/rubbers would not fair so well if they were painted. Just make sure you prep it very well.

i just want to make sure that i am going to do things right.
First, I clean off all of the dirt off of the mudflaps and the tail lights
Then, i put how many coats of primer, paint, and then clear coat? (in that order)
