I believe it would take everything you listed, other than that it should work with minimal extra effort, but I dont know first hand.

Personally I like the Max front better, but I do concede that there are much better styling options for the I30 front end. Should match up right, assuming you're keeping the stock headlights. The fenders are not the same, though...don't forget that. The I30 fenders are what allows them to use Cefiro headlights, I believe.

The hood, fenders, front bumper, and radiator support (for the I30 hood latch) will need to used from the I30. The I30 front end is also somewhat wider than the Maxima. It will be quite expensive unless you have an I30 donor car.

its wider just like the rear, which is very noticable. i wonder if you need the wheel splash shields to boot.

The radiator supports look the same to me The only noticable difference is that the I30 hood latch may sit a little bit lower than a Maxima's.

The I30 and Maxima have different headlights. Since the I30 front is wider, using the Maxima headlights wouldn't work, but since the Cefiros can be fitted on a Maxima, I guess the Maxima headlights would fit on the I30 with minor mods. Just get the Cefiros to make things easier and look nicer.

I think an I30 would benifit more from a 97+ Maxima front end than a Max would from swappin the I30 front end. Either way, it would be a pretty unique thing rather than doing the Stillen kit or whatever...

You would need
-hood
-fenders (possibly splash panels)
-front bumper
-I30 fogs (front and side)
-I30 corner lights (possibly I30 headlights or Cefiros)
I am not sure if the underbody splash panel would be any different...etc...

I say if you can source the parts, take a weekend and go for it!

so i got some prices for the facelift...and this is how much itll cost me-

Bumper-70
Fenders-180
Hood-137

cost=$387....
im doing my own body work...so i dont really charge myself labor.
these are brand new aftermarket parts. not junkyard parts.
do u think its worth the xtra cash for a facelift? maybe if i got it at a local junkyard...it will definitely be cheaper!

im really thinkin bout doing this next spring break.....which means im gonna have to paint my car over at the same time....

IMO the i30 front end looks like crap compared to a 97-99 front end.

^ I second that.

You want a I30 front end, buy an I30. Rather not see a mix breed max!

after doing more research , i think i can use the i30 bumper and fenders, drop in some ceifros and use the stock maxima hood with some small modifications to the grill

can anyone second me on this?

should work, fender to hood lines may not match contour/lenth though. if you're gona do it do it all. dont forget that the fender flares are different from the maxima to the i30, so that will look weird when you compare front to back, all the other lines should line up. the i30 is the exact same platform as a maxima, so with the exception of the sheetmetal being a little wider/shorter, all the internal structure is identical.used parts will be more expensive, so go with the aftermarket instead. aftermarket may fit like crap though. youll probably have to modify the rad suppt where the lights mount up.dont forget you're going to need mounting hardware, thats usually a dealer only thing. good luck and post some pics

ya after searching i think it would be easier to keep the maxima bumper, and just use the i30 hood and get a cefiro grill.

it would still look hot

u just dont think the end of the hood line will match up with the fenders. maximas have a curved low front, the 130's have a flatter defined line from the fender edge going to the hood. it may be minimal, but it raises the height a little. only way to find out is to swap them out.i'm happy with my nose

The I30 bumper and Maxima bumper are completely different. the I30 bumper wraps around the sides, but the Maxima bumper is cut-off before wrapping around, instead the fenders cover the area the I30 bumper covers.

i say either all the way or no way at all, with the amount of customization you would have to do in the end the whole conversion would probably be cheaper
