i want to get a third gen cause i like the styling more what kind of mods are a must (i.e. rims clear corners how far to lower ect.)

If you want a 3rd gen I'd get a 94 SE, it has the VE engine, potential for bad VTC's but since it is the newest hopefully you can find a good one.

As a far as mods go I'd get clear corners, new wheels I like the 4th gen's SE 5 spokes, Y-pipe and an intake.
