I like the kit, a little big in the front and the mesh does look a little ricey but i like it. VQ35 swap? i might have missed that in the thread. Take some more pics, id like to see the tails. Im not a fan of the painted windshield wipers only because this kid in my school painted his white, along with his rainguards, and had a giant white MAXIMA across the top of his windshield, he was a tool. Anyway take some more pics when shes all done

If that car was any other color, it would still look good. I don't like flashy colors. Like an attention *****. :attention:

Wow man no offence but my car also looks 99% stock and I would keep it over yours any day. There's a difference between modding for all-out performance and modding for the ricey "tuner sport compact" crowd.

Clean stock looking max with clear bumper lights and a subtle drop = looks better than 99% of "all show no go" modded max's. Less is more. Those cars are understated from the factory, and should remain as such IMO. You don't have a civic, don't treat your car like one.

FTW

I'd take a stock bodied 4g 3.5L over a heavily body modded 3.0L any day of the week ...

Even if you completely take performance out of the equation...

Say you have two mechanically stock 190 HP 5-speed maximas. Both are very clean and have 0 miles on them.

One is a black SE with stock sawblades, a 1.5" drop and cefiros.

The other is a "show" car really slammed with chrome 19's, body kit, 5k paintjob, custom leather, custom boom box and the most chrome you've ever seen in an engine bay.

I'd take the black SE.

People confuse Modding with Rice. They are to different things. The car imo even for rice is ghetto fab. Obviously orginal to the Maxima, not orginal to the import scene. Seems as though this style is quite played out in the import scene. By this I mean big body kits, fender flairs and painted this and that. Most people are on the JDM look these days. Clean lines with more mods there for a reason, not some stick on holes in your fenders. Also whats up with the hood?... How could it be considered nicest and not even be painted.

The orange max is hottt though.

Yeah I know lol but you get what I mean; less is more when it comes to appearance mods. Maximas aren't meant to be riced out, leave it to the civic guys.

man, were all different, two people might like the same cars, but not the same women, two people might like the same rims, but not the same shoes, so on and so fourth ( i know, we all know this...) i guess he should of not have said he 'thinks' he has the nicest maxima, whats he smoking? i mean yea, it has a bodykit and rims and what not,(unpainted hood?) but to me anything is better than stock ( to some degree ) and hey, he could of went a few steps further......but i will leave that up to you. who knows what next yr will bring. just tell you civic buddies that maximas rule and shiit on em with your car........

Here's one with some Volks. Don't know if it's the one you're referring to though.

thats why i wanted to paint my car orange, is because i saw that pic a while ago, i dont kno what all u guys are talkin about, the stock max's are ugly to me, specially the gxe and gle, but whatever floats ur boats, ha even if a max was primered 6 different colors but had a nice body, i would drive it around all day over a stock one, like i only bought mine for the engine, i thought it looked like a grandma car, u gotta do something to those cars to make them look good, but sometimes just rims and a drop can do it, the fronts are nice, its mostly just the back, but whatever, u guys get mad easy, its funny actually , i wonder why ur so defensive and derogatory, hmm
