How to: Remove Rear Tail lights

hey guys, flimped through the haynes manual didnt see anything., anyone remove the rear tailights ? if so can someone post what needs to be removed to pull them out. is there a writeup anywhere. im having a go at it now, but always very conservative dont want to break anything.

hey now im moving to the front, anyone know the steps to front bumper removal, i want to take off the bumper bar thing in front and weigh it,
