Replace rear calipers or not

My 98 has 100k miles. I just replaced the front pads for the 2nd time and the rear pads for the first time. The rear pads still had 20-30% left and the pistons were difficult to screw in using the brake tool but they were not stuck. The parking brake works but I don't know if the rear brakes are working as they should. Any opinions or suggestions on if I should replace them. Thanks for any input.

If the brake pins slide freely and your old pads had even /flat wear , your calipers
should be fine. I have a '96 with 241,000 miles and i'm still on the original rear calipers.
However, before I last did rear pads, one wheel was slightly binding. I found one pin had corroded in place and caused the old pads to wear on an angle. I spent two hours
removing the pin (from caliper bracket), picked up a new pin and they have been fine since.

The wear appereance on the rotor is also an indication of how the pads evenly squeeze the rotor. Dont forget to flush and refill with fresh brake fluid !!
