Have you ever used these tires?

I recently had to have new tires on my max...running on a tight budget, I bought cheap all season tires. They are called fate-o or something like that. So far all I have noticed with them is that I have ZERO traction and my abs is constantly coming on. Has anybody else ever had these tires?

Im getting Dunlop Sport A2s probably within the next week.

Wrong forum, are we supposed to guess the name of your POS tires and to make matters worse you're going to Duncraps!

Here's another thread about that brand: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....ghlight=fate-o

The title alone is information enough.

for the love of all that is good and holy please don't buy dunlop's SP Sport A2. i went through a set in about 18,000 miles. they handle great and have okay snow traction, even. unfortunately, they are super soft and don't last very long.

Sport a2's suck. The newer sport a2 plus are fine for 35k...

I was reading through diffrent tire reviews and this is actually the first time I have seen any negative feedback about the Sport A2. I dont need anything super crazy...Im just looking for the best all season tire I can get...and a reasonable price, thats why they seemed like a good choice.

Yeah, everyone here was very pro A2 when I was buying tires about two years ago. Those tires are awful, unless you have money to burn replacing them all the time. I wasn't very impressed with the snow traction either. I drive what most here would call conservatively, and I got about 25k out of the A2s. Another vote for Toyo from me.

once again? Okay, A2's were always good tires, but had no tread wear, now Dunlop has release the sport A2 *PLUS*, amount other things, it has a brand new nylon layer to fix the problem with tread life. I like my a2 plus's very much.
