what a steal. Its a decent price and you wont have to do any mods because he has a nice list of them. He could have pushed the price up and still sold it easily, but its a good price as is.

oh shiiit, It was a type-o! He didnt meant $15K he meant 1.5K!

Scoop it up! You could part out the mods, return it to stock and sell it for atleast $4k, and have a nice chunk of change in your pocket.

Or have a lovely 2nd car.

CAR IS FORSALE!! Selling as is!
I drove it home from capecod 87 miles with no issues. I have a my name on the title and But I got the owner to sign a appadavit for correction it just needs to be notarized. Then I can assign the title to whomever.

car is at this link cut and paste
http://boston.craigslist.org/car/118814513.html

Has fullexhaust, tockico blues, sprint springs, rsb, ftsb, cai, cambercorrection, microvision LCD, alpine cd, clth interior, Gen 2 altezzas(yuck!), and 12% window tint. (failed inspection sticker) 18" adr rims

Heres what she needs
- Starter Solenoid
- Blower Motor Resistor
- It has so much road noise I dont know what to do. Must be the 18" rims. It could also be a wheel bearing although when I jacked it up I got no wobbleness.

car is priced accordingly

2,200 come and get it. I have a 4th gen, a 3rd gen , a truck, and a bike. I settle for making some money and dumping it and letting a org member step up. Anyone down?
I have a complete black leather interior I will install for 300 extra

Craigslist 1995 Maxima

Your car was posted since since Dec.2nd for 3500

(http://boston.craigslist.org/car/115320348.html) to no avail.

It was subsequently reposted several times until you came upon it. Here is what a potential buyer had commented about the car.

I will use a softer tone. Ive seen this car in person. Its a piece. Good luck to sorry sole who gets that thing!

Leaking Tranny output shafts, Low Compression motor, damaged flywheel Etc, jimmyrigged electronics. Have a safe and happy holiday everyone and I apologize to the owner I just want to be honest.

Included below is the direct link that references the above

http://boston.craigslist.org/car/115863882.html

Good luck with the car and I hope the buyer was just another "hater"

This is funny, I really thought i was doing the .org a service. I just bought that car for 1500. I am not that poster. I live in central mass and he (previous owner) is from the cape.
I diagnosed the car, got it running (owner wasnt too thrilled) drove it home and I am trying to make a quick buck on it. I listed exactly what it needs and I am being brutally honest.
I can see that you are NEWBIE so I wont flame you too bad. NO problem guys, I love the .org and figured Id sell it to an ethusiast really cheap. It doesnt need nearly as much as that poster wrote. I can just clean it up sell it locally and be on my way or maybe Ill sell my third gen.

Have a Merry Xmas

He must have been pissed, to see you get the car running (in a little time) and drive the car home. He's probably at home now a little angry that it was that easy for you to atleast get it running.

Are you going to sell as is? or part out the aftermarket parts, return it to stock and sell?

I have a 96 SE with black leather with virtually the same identical mods. the 95 has a Y pipe and exhaust thats the only difference. Even If I return the 1995 to its full glory, I will have the mirror image of what I already own. I think Id sell it with the mods I dont need them, all my mods are the same down the microvision lcd.

I felt bad I looked the kid in the eye and said "I cant do this to you its xmas time, I am going to get this car running right now sure u wanna sell it"

his response "No you wont! and if you do its my problem its 1500$ firm"

I said ok get the title. I had to change some fuses, the old starter was drawing too much and poped one or two. I replaced them jumped it got the starter to enage ok once and ...VROOOM.

89 miles later its here in my driveway!

We'll you warned him. Congrats on your new car. I would have done the same thing. I hope you make a great sale with it.

Your comment "I am not that poster" I NEVER said nor did I allude to such.

I am NOT doubting your honesty nor do I really care. One can actually increase their lifespan dramatically by minding their own business around where I'm from.

Regarding flaming me? Hmmm Make my day, tis the season to be jolly.

Why did I post what I initially did? Well, I somehow bypassed the ad whereby you were selling the car. "My bad". I guess I was merely trying to inform you about potential problems the car might have based on what someone else had posted. It is quite possibly that the "said" person merely wanted to "bad mouth" the car simply because he wasnt satisfied with the transaction, or, it was an accurate diagnosis and they wanted to be "The good Samaritan".

Best of luck with car "son".
One.
