Radiator Differences? M/T vs. A/T?

I am looking to buy a used radiator and I am looking on car-part and they are making me choose a transmission type. When I choose M/T they only show 3 in my area, but when I choose A/T there are ~10. I thought that the radiator was the same in M/T and A/T, but then again I have never owned a automatic maxima. Am I missing something?

No, there won't be any problem. Those of us who did the tranny conversion found the AT radiator to work out just fine, even the boosted cars that have higher a heat load to reject.
