fuel filter hose

fuel filter hose

i'm changing my fuel filter and plan to use oem filter. my question is that what kind of rubber tubing do i need to use and how much do i need?

Why would you need to replace any hose?

I only change the filter, no hosing to go with it.

i was thinking of the two hoses that are connected to the top and bottom of the fuel filter. wouldn't these hoses be dirty and it might be worn down due to fuel pressure and so wouldn't you need to change it? Thanks for the response.

I haven't changed mine since I've had the car..... 5 years, 146k. And I would put some money on it that they've never been changed since the previous owners were about maintenance. So that be nearly 12 years and 233k.
