Bad Noise. . . Not too sure.

I'm experiencing a bad a loud noise. A "wob, wob" like noise that increases with speed.

I pretty much hear it winding up and getting louder and faster as my speed increases.

Clutch in while driving and I still hear the noise.
I hear the noise if I'm in gear and no throttle.
Noise is comming from the driver side
Wheel off, nothing is out of place: Guard behind rotor, is fine and out of way, not lines in the way, Axle seated properly (was replaced very recetnly).

I just had the car up on jack stands, and put it in gear and let it go while I listened for the noise. When the speed increases I feel/hear it, it sounds like the rotor is loose or some type of knocking (metal on metal) similar to that but the rotor is on tight.

I worry the sound could be the clutch maybe. . but if so when I dis-engage, I shouldnt hear the noise anymore.

I'm scratching the noodle in search of a solution. At most I'm thinking wheel bearing. . . but that is more when turning and not a wob wob sound, you can hear and feel (thru the dead pedal).

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Is the coilover moving (vibrating) itself? I would imagine you would have noticed this but is there anywhere (top mount especially) that has a small amount of play?

Yea, I'm thinking that now, seeing as how nothing is wrong, out of place, bent anything.

I didnt think a wheel bearing could be this loud. I'll get new ones pressed in.

thanks all.
