The max is grilless!

So, I was with my girlfriend at her boses new house yesterday. I was there to set up her new entertainment system (plasma tv, sound etc.) I parked ~ 15 feet behind a grand cherokee with the plasma tv box hanging out the back of the trunk lid, and the driveway is slanted down slightly a few degrees (enough that without brakes the car would roll.)

We went inside, and a few minutes later I'm standing next to a window and hear a *dink* sound, and look at my girlfriend and say what the hell was that... Look out the window and my max is kissing the rear bumper of the cherokee! And I swear I see someone running out of the driveway ... but its dark out and no one else saw this, unfortunately

When we go outside, at first I'm horrified because I can see that my hood is popped up on only one side and the only thing going through my mind is "oh ****, my car just hit my girlfriends bosses jeep, and smashed into here brand new plasma tv.. and my car is ****ed up!"

Luckily though, the plasma tv box slid over the top of my hood (got raised up probably 1" or so,) but it left some scratches on the front of my hood. The jeep was also fine, not even a scratch on the bumper! But when I backed my car up a bit and looked my grill had been cracked and punched in, so I popped the hood and the grill literally flew out of the front of the car and hit my girlfriends boss (only a few feet away, it was pretty funny actually.) After that the hood closes fine and is still flush, and the weather stripping beneath both headlights got pulled out somehow, but that pushed right back into place... so miracuously the grill was the only thing that was damaged.

Only thing I can think of is that some punk kid came and took off my ebrake (I have a 5MT, and it wasn't in gear.) Everyone was looking at me like I was an idiot, but I mean wtf. I even demonstrated that it would have impossible for me to not have my ebrake on because the car would roll as soon as my foot was off the brake on the driveway!

So no one really knows what happens... but that sucks. So how much does a replacement grill cost and how much to paint it black? The nissan emblem on my grill is fine, I can reuse that.

Nah! The trenz mounts over the existing grill ( which he now doesn't have!) well at least it does on my 95.
