im about to change the struts on my car. i already have the struts but do i need to get new mounts too? or can leave the old ones on n jus replace the struts?. Thanks in advance

i would change them...and never worry about it again...

 

i installed new struts recently on my car with 110K miles. now, at about 112K, i hear squeaking coming from the rear suspension somewhere. i'm guessing it is the mounts; something i should have replaced during the initial install but didn't. i would say do it now.
