Hey guys, i have a Transgo VB mod. The 1-2 shift is really firm as well as the lock up. I'm a little unclear about how the VB mod increases the life of a tranny if the shifts are so damn hard. Sometimes it almost seems as though something is gonna give the way it shifts from 1 to 2. I've read the stickies and it says a VB mod is good for the tranny but I just want to clearify how. Thanks.

 

It quickens the shift so less heat is present..

heat = tranny's worst enemy

 

So I shouldnt worry about how hard it shifts? Cause if I floor it it chirps second and I was just worried that I may do damage.

Damit thats messed up, you Meaning to tell me no one outside of NYC can do this Mod. Guess someone better learn because I'm sure other members will like this done, is therer a write up or something?
