So my Mass Air Flow sensor went out and I replaced it. However, now there seems to be a slight hesitation right before I shift (5speed). It seems like I've got just as much power off the line, but on the freeway and at higher speeds, the power is not the same as it was before. BTW, I have a Stillen popcharger, y-pipe, and exhaust.

Is this hesitation my ECU readjusting, or reaquainting itself to the rest of my mods? When i pulled the MAF code I replaced it and then reset the SES light. This happend about 100 miles ago. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

reset your computer. if it still does it try exchanging your maf again and say the one they gave you is defective.
