Labor hours ? on suspension work

had hard time with alighment, still have vibration after balancing and this week rubber sqeaking.

bought ES Front sway bar bushings, end link bushings, and control arm bushing set. i also read that replacing ball joints is a good idea.

how many hour to replace all those bushings in a shop? and whats involved in replacing ball joints? easy when doing bushings or much more additional labor?

thanks.

do the sway bar bushings and links yourself. its as easy as taking them out and puting them on. no point in replacing ball joints if theyre alright. do a shake down test. jack your tire up put 1 hand at 12oclock and the other at 6oclock if its tight your alright.

check your tire pressure. that could cause your squeek and shake

Yeah, what he said....

That is how I found out I had a bad ball joint on my passenger side.... amongst a ton of other things that all contributed to a harsh ride, squeaking, clunking, rattling, pulling to the right, and vibrating. I must've spent near $1000 in 2005 on suspension and handling alone.... too bad I can't rewind time and just get a set of D2 coilovers instead.

Also check your tires.... vibration could come from a number of things, including condition of tires. You want to rule out the least expensive things first.

$200 in labor to replace all bushings to ES and 2 lower ball joints. mechanic said one ball joint is bad and some rubber suspension bushings make squeaking noise

while what mechanic said is true, i'm still not positive that strut assembly is fine. will see after
