Upgrade Brake opinions
He guys im about complete with my suspension upgrade. My strut bars (front and back) are on there way. I will have my coilovers and sway bar in a couple of weeks. My next step is to get some stopping power before i put money under the hood.
I was checking out some site and i like what i see in the powerslot rotors. I was wondering if anyone has these and what they think? I was also checking out a 1 or 2 piston caliper/rotor set from wildwood or brembo i can remember. Those were pretty impressive but a little high on the price scale, but i am sure they are worth it. I would like to stay away from the 2g brembo kits if i have to. i dont think i need that much stoping power as im not gonna be doing any agressive driving. Also with the new caliper/rotor kits how do they affect you ABS?
Give me some insight people point me in the right dirrection. Also if this is a factor i am planning on putting some 19in rollers on my car. Thanks for the help people.

talk to Jeff92se or Matt93se....they both offer some nice brake upgrade....I personally have Matt93se's which consists of 300zx calipers...relocation brackets....new SS lines....04/05 Maxima 12.6" Rotors Jeefs kit is basically the same thig but uses 13" Cobra rotors both are very good and many people here have them

i used matts brackets with stock 00 calipers on 04 frozen rotors. with axxis pads. i did this mainly because i could sue my stock 17s, the 300z calipers need bigger rims or one with a higher offset. this was probly the best mod i ever did. im not sure if its the pads or the rotors or a combination of the two, but theyre kinda stock feeling till they warm up, then theyre really grabby, which i like. also ive noticed my brakes feel a lil softer, like i have to move my foot a tad more than when it was stock, but i doubt a normal person would even notice the difference.
im upgrading to j30/q45 dual piston soon as well as finally putting my ss brake lines on. those are supposed to be even nicer without putting too much stress on our master cylinder. time will tell.

I have 17"s and use 1/2" spacers only because i am using 300zx wheels for auto-x so i will jsut leave the spacers on all the time...stock maxima 17"s from 5th gens wont work either....there spoke design wont allow so....16"s wont work...300zx 16" wheels will work with 1/2" spacer
