there u go my car. good luck finding them a pic of them in black tho. I wouldnt paint them black btw. i'd do graphite and clearcoat them, but black is too much in my opinion
95blkmax, i would consider both graphite and black. The reason i said black was i swear i saw them on here. Your car looks nice though! It looks really good on there. How do you like them? Oh and thanks Sober, again.

Me and sober are in the process rite now of restoring my wheels. that's silver wheel paint +clearcoat (both duplicolor). And I love the dang wheels! 16.0lbs for a 16x7.5, and u can get them cheap too, so Originally Posted by s0ber

I live in Indiana, and its ****ing snowing now. So if i do get these wheels, it'll have to wait a few months. If i did do graphite it would be both duplicolor paint and clear coat. I read you are supposed to use the same brand.

I was just going to say something about that haha. Does paint come off the sidewalls very well? you know you can tape off the tires right

not really, I painted my stock fourth gen wheels. I taped everything off but some still managed to get thru onto the tires. Thru normal washing the paint did not come off...those tires are gone now, so no big deal.Originally Posted by jman7777

I detailed cars for 5 years in college. If you get paint on the wheels, paint thinner works great on a cloth rag. It works good on dirty wheels also. It brings them back to black again. Drench the rag in it. Just don't get too much on your hands(painful). Engine degreaser and a firm brush works wonders also. If you have Aluminum wheels that are not clearcoated or painted wheels that are not clearcoated, DO NOT USE DEGREASER. It will eat away the finish. Especially non clearcoated polished Aluminum wheels. If they are clearcoated (painted or Aluminum)you will be ok as long as you rinse them off fairly quickly (1 min). Just my 2 cents.

I mounted them yesterday. Pics are a-comin' i guess. BTW, the rims are more silver than gunmetal in person.Originally Posted by LudeAEM

the more I look at these Z rims the more I like them. They have a very stock look to them, but on the max's posts above it looks quite nice, smooth, and stylish.
I'll have to keep my eyes out for a set of them. . . plus they'd go well with my BBK to come
