What is the benefit of going steel braided brake lines if one will not be going with a BBK and x-drilled or slotted rotors?

u wont have the pressure loss in the brake lines...it a better pedal feel.....
MaximaEvolution....i hope ur not hating my comments and just responding to the original question.....and ur right ur not going to make a maxima stop on a dime like an integra without spending money....but he just want a little better improvement......so in a way i agree with u . ..but ur attitude is poor...no need to be rude

no one is being rude.. i was purely stating that after driving his "track integra" and having it stop the way it does, he will be subconsciously comparing it to the maxima and will not get the same results psycologically. In reality, the maxima with a decent set of pads and steel braided lines ( to help reduce "sponginess" ) will drastically improve the maxima's braking capabilities.
Therefore, simply stating the differences between a "race setup" integra and a daily driver maxima are in no way (at least how i see it) being rude.
Regardless, when someone says that they follow 15ft behind another driver at 80mph and complains about braking power after someone cuts in front of them, and then complains even more when people try to help him out with brake options such as a bbk or other options such as the 300zx setup... then he/she deserves some assertiveness. And if you take that as being rude then
