Lately my car has been making a loud rubbing noise when taking certain turns. It usually only happens when i am turning at some sort of an incline or a decline. It started when i put my winter rims and tires on my car. Any ideas on whats causing this.

 

Sounds to me like you might have the wrong rim/tire size/width/etc. for the car and the tires are rubbing the fender... should be easy enough to figure out.
