Stock Ride Height

Stock Ride Height
Got a loaded 97 GLE that I picked up last summer as a 2nd car.
It was well taking care of but I don't have any
history on it.
After recently changing the front struts I've
noticed the coating rubbing off the underbelly
of top part of front springs. The car is sitting low enough
that I can't get a floor jack underneath it easily so it must've
been lowered but everything on the suspension looks OEM/Stock.
What's a good replacement for the front springs?
I want to maintain the same ride height because the
rear is sitting just as low.
I'm an electronics guy and suspension is a mystery
to me so bare with me

Compared to driving a friend's stock 98?
Mine for sure is a bit rougher.
I've noticed the rubbing only on RH, LH seems
ok.
I'm just wondering if I get aftermaket springs
if I have to match them with my existing struts (just plain
Monroe Sensa-tracs).

what are the springs rubbing against? are you getting any noise with them, or are they causing you problems? i'm not sure what would go with the monroe's, because very few people on here seem to have them.
