Looking for Hella Horn sound clips on your 4th Gen.

I'm looking into upgrading my horns to hella horns for 2 reasons.

1. For the sound.
2. I like how it looks behind the grille.

If anyone has hella horns installed on their car, I would like to know which model you used, how the install was, and a sound clip.

Thanks.

i have mine installed too. i just used the existing power wire and ground them. i didn't use the relay. still works just fine (although i've heard you can get a fwe more dB outta them with the relay. but my car is at home, so no clip. sorry. sounds good, though. better than stock.

nice.. is it one of those round circle ones or something else. i'm a newbie to upgrading horns and this would be my first.

i would love a sound clip but no where to be found with a search button. i would be interested to see what it looks like on the car with a mesh grille.

there is a sound clip of the exact ones i have. check the GD section. it's a dead deal right now, so probably a few pages back, but it's a Hella horns GD. German made, red circles. they look nice.

haha, i should have taken a pic. i have a mesh grille on right now. time to take it off, though. i think meanbean has them in his, IIRC from his sig. PM him, if you want?

but yea, there is a sound clip in the GD section. seek and you shall find!

later

There are some cheap $10 ones at AutoZone, called Blazer. They are loud, fit perfect, and look better than oem. They look almost the same but the backs do not rust like oem horns do.

i have some, i'll see if i can get a sound clip within the next couple days. i was expecting more from them since everyone said they were so loud, i also didnt use the relay that came with them though. They have a sort of "toot" to them, they dont feel all that masculine haha.
