Harsh vibration

In my 1997 GLE auto i have been getting this vibration and rattling noise coming from inside the dash. What do you think is causing it and how can it be fixed?

Also, I only hear it when I am in drive and stopped or coming to a stop.

There's a TSB for that. Look through the stickies and find that TSB.
