0215 ='s EVAP canister vent control valve closed

The EVAP is a charcoal filled canister that stores fuel vapors inside & then releases them into the engine when the motor is running. The EVAP control valve is a electronic solenoid/valve that opens & closes to allow these vapors to release back into the engine for smog purposes. On 93, 94 & 95 models this valve is controlled with vacuum. On your model 98 it is electronic & the PCM controls when it opens & closes.

There is a valve bolted to the canister housing - that's what you need to replace. Get a Haynes for more info.
