need help locating a lower control arm bushing

i just bought rims and tires and wanted to get the car aligned, but instead discovered a new problem, my lower control arm bushing is gone on the passenger front side, and called locally to find out that it isnt sold by itself, but with the whole arm, any tips as to where to buy some by itself?

Yes, Energy Suspension sells them, but its much less labor intense to just buy new C/A's off Ebay. Its really up to how much you want to work on your car. I installed my ES Bushings in about 4 hours.

like Dubbya said, might as well change whole control arm, you will get new bushings and a brand new ball joint, and your car will be ride so much smoother...got mine from ebay, for about $80.

actually let me correct this...

for 1995 nissan maxima ENERGY SUSPENSIONS sells rack n pinion bushings(and motor mount bushings), not control arm bushings.. to replace control arm bushings YOU HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE NEW CONTROL ARM.. they are not press in bushings...

hope this helps!

Where they hell are you getting your wrong information from?
Energy suspension does infact sell control arm bushing for the 4th gen maxima 95-99. http://www.courtesyparts.com/energys...on/maxima.html

Also what the hell is a rack n pinion bushing?

Please do not pass on false information.

There are bushings for the Rac & Pinnion.
