My auto tranny is starting to slip a little bit. Could the tranny also make the car run more sluggish and launch more weakly? If I'm going to have to replace the tranny anyway, I would like to get something better than stock. Do they make any trannies that are "beefed-up?" Or even if other stock Nissan trannies will fit the Maxima... like a Pathfinder tranny or something. Has anyone done this before? What are the pros/cons? I don't have a boosted car or anything if that makes a difference. Check my homepage for the mods. Thanks!
