New rims = broke wheel stud

I finally got the tires for my new 17in 350Z rims. I was anxious to get them on fast so I took a friends advice and went to Wal-Mart. I bought 235 45 17 Kumho ECSTA's. In the process of me taking off my old rims and putting on the new ones (because Wal-Mart didn't want liability trouble due to the 17's not being in their fitment book for a Maxima) I broke a wheel stud. Anyone know where I can get a stud replaced and about what I can expect to pay?
Thanks, MaxGig.

btw; I have some OEM 16's w 70% tread life off a 97 SE that I'll be posting in the FS section real soon if anyone's interested.

man that just sounds to easy, I'll pull the wheel and see if I can manage it. I called around and Sears was the cheapest saying they would charge $40 bucks for it. thanks

$40 to replace a wheel stud is like paying $40 for a double cheeseburger at mcdonalds.......you can get the stud at autozone for 2 bucks and just do it yourself its not that hard at all

If you have a Brakemasters around, go there and buy the stud and lugnut from Autozone and have Brakemaster install it. Autozone sells the stud and lugnut for $4 and Brakemasters charges you $8 for them. So it's like $25 for labor plus your provide parts, about $29 total.

Likethey have told you, go to Autozone and do it your self in about a 1/2 hour. It is really easy, pound the old one out. Then put the new one in from the back and pull it into place with the lug nut.
