cel light?????

I think my bulb is out behind my cel. but I just realized it probably hasnt been working since i got my car and my car has been acting funny.can someone tell me where it is located in the cluster.

Far right on the bottom near seat belt light (should turn on if you put your keys to the "ON" position)

thanks. I put the key in the on postion and it didnt go on thats why I think the bulb is out.
