Step #2 - Follow the trouble shooting guide
Step #3 - Identify your problem
Step #4 - Repair or replace problem item
Step #5 - Enjoy the ride once again.
There are many things that can cause a lean condition like that.

other than the injectors, it might be a simple air leak. Get about 3 feet of quarter inch rubber air tubing. hold one end to your ear and use the other to 'sniff' around the inlet manifold, PCV etc, to see if you detect a telltale sound of air leaking in. (while the engine is ticking over, needless to say... )
