changing ecu harness help

OK basically im gettin ready to do a dek swap and i need to change the harness out. I just need some quick info from sone one thats done it or knows how to do it. Whats the best way to remove it. I would obviously remove the engine first. THE ECU HARNESS only runs to the ecu correct ? It doesnt run to anything else.

There is a good diagram in the 1997 FSM on page EL-318. This diagram shows the connectors to other harnesses:

1. F36, F37 on the driver side in the engine bay to the Engine Room Harness (page EL-314).
2. F102, F104, F105 near the ECU to the Main Harness (page EL-316).
3. Connector to the A/T CU, F103.

The harness goes thru a gromet in the right side firewall to near the ECU under dash. Likely removing the interior connectors and feed it thru the firewall first will be easiest. Also, don't break the A/C Freon lines if possible.
